Since far too many public school districts are already ridden with corruption and couldn't care less about the kids as money is guaranteed through taxes, Arne Duncan wants to make them even more corrupt.
Just as NAPTA says, the real problems in education will never be solved until administrators are held accountable. Right now they have unlimited power to make or break teachers, who cannot fight back in any meaningful way. Pressure for teachers to violate federal laws, witnesses and evidence tampering, and good old-fashioned perjury are far too common in our public schools, and they get away with it.
