is for ESEA, better known as NCLB, to be made even worse by putting in still MORE testing and demonizing of teachers.
Why don't Harkin, Enzi, and all of the rest bother to ask TEACHERS what they think should be in the legislation?
The answer, of course, is that teachers don't have access to lobbyists or to wealthy donors.
