The school district confirmed yesterday that Ackerman applied for benefits this month.
Considering her salary of nearly $350,000 in her final tumultuous year leading the district, Ackerman will likely be eligible for $573 a week, the highest weekly benefit provided by the state.
Those benefits would then be reduced based on any pension payments she is receiving from her 40-year career in education, said a spokesman for the state department of labor and industry.
The district agreed not to fight any unemployment claims filed by Ackerman as part of the separation agreement her lawyers negotiated in August.
This means she won't be getting anything at all. Her pension far outweighs any UI she could possibly get.
I don't know why she even bothered applying.

She "bothered applying" because that's what democrats do.
They go around claiming how they're "for the little guy", and "for the children".
They just won't admit that "the little guy" and "the children" are just pet names for their genitals.
