Hurricane Florence is just starting to hit the coast of the Carolinas.
The winds are bad enough, but the rain dumping inches and inches, even feet of rain, will likely cause catastrophic flooding ala Katrina, though in the New Orleans, it was mainly an infrastructure issue making it so deadly.
