Coronavirus Notes

Here is the text of the House bill about relief during the crisis.

Bastards ought to go to jail for hoarding necessary products.

How different is this, really, from looting?

The next day, Amazon pulled his items and thousands of other listings for sanitizer, wipes and face masks. The company suspended some of the sellers behind the listings and warned many others that if they kept running up prices, they’d lose their accounts. EBay soon followed with even stricter measures, prohibiting any U.S. sales of masks or sanitizer.

Now, while millions of people across the country search in vain for hand sanitizer to protect themselves from the spread of the coronavirus, Mr. Colvin is sitting on 17,700 bottles of the stuff with little idea where to sell them.

Cry me a river, you asshole. A prison term is more suitable for you.

He and his brother need to change their names because they brought shame to themselves.

Donate them to the community.

Update:  He was embarrassed enough he is looking at donating all of the hoard to the community.

Some myths about the coronavirus:

Donald Trump should be tested for a LOT of diseases.

Stupid is getting very strong with the public, especially in other areas of the country where panic shopping is going through the roof.

There were empty shelves at Walmart in the colds and flu section, including no hand sanitizers thanks to hoarders, but shopping was rather leisurely for me.  I wound up picking up a bottle of hand cleanser, one of the last if not THE last on the shelf, and other toiletries.  I mainly went there to get Blue Buffalo dog food while waiting for my clothes to dry at a laundromat in town.

I am NOT going to panic over this.  As long as I am away from kids and crowds in confined spaces, I should be okay.  Also, as long as my brother isn't exposed to the virus on the bus, I should be okay.
