Yesterday, I went to Phoenix and Talent, Oregon, the areas most affected by the September 8, 2020, Almeda fire, and drove down Highway 99 to look at the damage. The worst that I saw was north of Phoenix to about Glenwood Road, on the east side of Highway 99, though the west side got a ton of damage as well.
