A 9th Circuit court judge presiding over an obscenity case was doubtless doing research like Bernie Ward did. He thought the public couldn't see what he had uploaded.

Apparently what he uploaded was worth seeing, including women on all fours painted like cows, and a man trying to get it on with an animal. He admitted some of the uploaded images weren't very appropriate and some he thought were funny.

Unfortunately for him, like Jim Gibbons and his text messages, it would become public knowledge.

The big problem is the obvious conflict of interest in overseeing a porn case.

It appears Katie Couric's interview with the Edwardses was a complete and total flop.

Couric kept asking the same question over and over and over. It was totally pointless.

If cancer bugs her so much given her own family history, why the hell did she bother to interview them?

I Saw

and recorded the 60 Minutes interview with John and Elizabeth Edwards, and I have to say they did quite well answering the same question thirty different ways because Katie Couric asked the same question thirty different ways.

At least the Edwardses addressed the critics' feigned concern that John should not run for president because he would be incapable of being president since he has an ill wife who insists he should be president.
