Why am I not surprised by this?
I saw lots of little kids and a few older ones playing near the edge of the Grand Canyon last June. Not all of it is fenced off, and it would scare the living daylights out of me when people did not watch their kids or their pets.
Mather Point is on the south rim of the canyon, and it is perhaps the popular place at the national park.

Britain has its own version of the horrific "Ashley X" case, but disability rights activists in this country aren't keeping silent on this, either.
