This "Lynne DeBoth" CANNOT be Joe Biden's "niece." Joseph Biden, Jr., Senator of Delaware, is 65 years old and he is the OLDEST OF FOUR CHILDREN. According to USA People Search, this "Lynn DeBoth" is 64 years of age.
Only if she is somehow a niece of his father would this have any credibility.
And so it goes...
