needs to do a hell of a lot more research into teacher firings than assume it is only shitty teachers who get fired--it is older teachers and special education teachers who are targeted, and done for budgetary reasons. Shitty teachers who otherwise toe the administrative line won't be fired. And it is almost impossible to get rid of a bad principal. I had one who violated federal laws and retaliated against me, and the other one committed perjury at my hearing, and they are still there, supported by Washoe County School District. They will never lose their jobs.
Age discrimination was the reason I was sacked. The district used a previous admonition that was never implemented and my incorrectly filled out sick leave form as cover stories for the district's illegal behavior. They are going to pay very, very dearly for their actions, trust me.
