Of Course It Was a Distraction

Today I went over to see my sisters at the oldest sister's house.  The other sister had her television on to MSNBC, and lo and behold, there was the huuuuuge story today of the Isis leader having been killed ala Osama bin Laden during the Obama years.  Of course, we all knew this event was done as a mere distraction away from the House impeachment hearings.  It was a way to shore up Trump's dwindling base, dwindling but still there.

I fully expect Lance Wallnau, Jim Bakker, Rick Joyner, and all the rest of the "prophets" to cheer this bullshit along in their quest to make Trump somebody called by God rather than by the Russian mafia or by Putin.

Meanwhile, most people aren't fooled by this.

By the way, what does it mean for somebody to die "like a dog"?  I know there is a saying about lying around like a dog as in being lazy, but what does this Trumpism mean?  It's probably known only to Trump.

There is the possibility al-Baghdadi isn't even dead at all.  Or that he has a double.  Or the whole thing was made up.

Al-Baghdadi was or is a young man though the beard made him look way older.  He was or is 48 years old.

Meanwhile, the Democratic candidates are keeping mostly mum about this.

Despite all of the hoopla surrounding the Wikileaks story from both journalists and bloggers, the plain fact is few Americans even give a shit about foreign policy, state secrets, or even Iraq and Afghanistan, with only family and friends of people fighting in those two countries being concerned.

After all, when your house is being foreclosed or you have no job or not enough food to eat, what is happening with Wikileaks is simply irrelevant.

Although Obama Inherited

the foreign policy mess of our dictator, it remain a mess.

You'd think Joe Biden would be used to better effect than he has.

Bush and company left an almost unfixable mess both foreign and domestic. I just don't think Obama and the Democratic Party the ability to fix it.
