I thought infamous cheater Caster Semenya was no longer going to compete in women's track and field and instead compete in women's soccer.  Well, the fraudster plans to return again to the Olympics, no doubt exploiting yet another loophole:

If Semenya qualifies for the Olympics - which begin on 24 July - she would be set to compete against Great Britain's Dina Asher-Smith, who won 200m gold at the 2019 World Championships.

Semenya, who won Olympic gold in the 800m in 2012 and 2016, missed the chance to defend her world 800m title in Doha last year, having failed in her bid to prevent the governing body's rule change.

World Athletics argued female athletes with differences of sexual development (DSD) - such as Semenya - have "a competitive advantage".

The BBC is a liar. Semenya is a MALE born XY with alleged DSD. This is why HE lost the appeals to compete in the longer women's track events.

The bigger scandal points to the question as to why "intersex" athletes are "overrepresented" in women's events in the Olympics. It is obvious WHY. Countries are openly recruiting men, DSD or not, ever since the trans activists pressured the IOC to jettison the chromosome testing in favor of this ludicrous testosterone nonsense, as if testosterone levels were the only differences between men and women. THIS is the wider scandal.

Here is the Selina Soule (and others) lawsuit against Connecticut athletic authorities allowing male cheaters into women's sports, thus denying women fair competition.

The courts should uphold their suit.

58. Not surprisingly, while Craig Telfer ranked 212th and 433rd in the 400 meter hurdles among men’s Division II athletes in 2016 and 2017 respectively, CeCe Telfer took the Division II national championship in women’s 400 meter hurdles in 2019.

59. Minna Sveard, the fastest female runner, finished almost a full two seconds behind Telfer, and was recognized only as coming in second.

And to reiterate just a few of the biological differences between the SEXES--NOT "genders":

45. Physiological athletic advantages enjoyed over girls and women by similarly fit males after puberty include:
a. Larger lungs and denser alveoli in the lungs, enabling faster oxygen uptake;
b. Larger hearts and per-stroke pumping volume, and more hemoglobin per unit of blood, all enabling higher short-term and
sustained levels of oxygen transport to the muscles;
c. An increased number of muscle fibers and increased muscle mass (for example, men have 75%-100% greater cross-sectional
area of upper arm muscle than do comparably fit women, while women have 60-70% less trunk and lower body strength than

d. Higher myoglobin concentration within muscle fibers, enabling faster transfer and “cellular respiration” of oxygen within the
muscle to unleash power;

g. Increased mineral density in bones resulting in stronger bones, providing superior protection against both stress fractures and fractures from collisions;
h. And, of course, U.S. adult males are on average 5 inches taller than U.S. adult women.
46. Meanwhile, female puberty brings distinctive changes to girls and women that identifiably impede athletic performance, including increased body fat levels which—while healthy and essential to female fertilityy—creates increased weight without providing strength, as well as wider hips and different hip joint orientation that result in decreased hip rotation and running efficiency.
47. These are inescapable biological facts of the human species, not stereotypes, “social constructs,” or relics of past discrimination.
48. As a result of these many inherent physiological differences between men and women after puberty, male athletes consistently achieve records 10-20% higher than comparably fit and trained women across almost all athletic events, with even wider consistent disparities in long-term endurance events and contests of sheer strength such as weight-lifting.

Cheating is literally being codified by these "athletic associations."  Now any male who can't cut it with elite males can claim he is a "girl" or a "woman" and beat the shit out of legitimate female athletes.

This is cheating more outrageous than anything Lance Armstrong ever committed.  This has to be made illegal to do it, punishment jail time and/or fines for the frauds who are caught, but also these events must have mandatory chromosome testing as the IOC used to have so these frauds are weeded out long before competition.

NOBODY changes sex.  EVERYBODY knows this fact including and especially the CHEATERS stealing from women and girls.

Fraud By Any Other Name is Still Fraud

The only ones upset are the trans crowd as this ruling was aimed more at them than at the fake "woman" Semenya. This report is utterly bogus. What people DO care about is sports integrity. Since his lawyers have admitted he was born a male, Semenya should return his two Olympic medals and all other awards he won under false pretenses. There is no way this man didn't know he was a man when he started to compete at the elite level. There is no way he went through adolescence and didn't know the truth of his real sex. It doesn't pass the smell test. His parents and doctors were likely in on the fraud from the beginning hence the intense secrecy regarding his true medical condition. There was and is a lot of money to be made in endorsements and fame competing fraudulently as an elite female athlete since he wasn't good enough to compete against elite males. I do not care what he "identifies" as or how he was raised or what medical condition he has. He is a male. End of story. He does not belong in any competition with female athletes. He is a fraud just like 1930s Olympic medalist "Stella Walsh" was, another cheater who the trans crowd claimed was "intersex" with "mosaicism" years after his murder and revelation he was indeed a man. It remains a pathetic attempt to justify sports fraud by a male. Semenya's defenders are using the same pathetic excuse.

"Transage" is, of course, another word for fraud.  Some dude from the Netherlands, who is 69 years old and looks probably older than that, is trying to commit fraud on legal documents so he can lie on Tinder and get much-younger women to which he thinks he is entitled.

International money transfer scams are big business--and a big headache to try and prosecute:

Rowden is one of hundreds of Oregonians who have been targeted by international money transfer schemes that range from fake lottery tickets to Craigslist scams. Each scheme has two common characteristics — they are international and they require you to wire money in order to deposit the check or money order. In every case, the victim is scammed and the money is gone.

Fortunately, Rowden knew better than to deposit the unexpected checks.

"I'm not about to take it down and cash it and then have to pay it all back," she said.

Rowden's first check arrived in December 2008 from the "Reader's Digest Foundation" for $5,000. She has received seven checks since then, ranging from $4,000 to her most recent, $4.8 million from the Australian lottery.

Rowden called the police, who came and confirmed that the checks were phony. The checks came with a letter that said Rowden would need to call an agent before the money could be deposited. Rowden tried calling the contact provided, but the number was always unavailable. All the checks had Canadian postage.

By the way, although it isn't Oregon-based, the Powerball lottery is also legal--it better be, since I have been playing it for years.

I guess I should note my grandnephew and his wife are expected another girl. This one is due in September.

That makes me twice a great-grandaunt even though I am a mere 54 years old. I became a grandaunt when I was 28. That shit happens when you have siblings much older than yourself and their kids are almost as old as you.

Will Bernard Madeoff

(misspelling intentional) get a slap on the wrist now that he has pled guilty to 11 counts of fraud, or will he actually do real time in the big house?

Madoff scammed people of billions and billions of dollars, leaving more than a few people without any money at all. If the garden variety bank robber did that, he or she would be in prison for the rest of his or her life.

The report mentions the likelihood he is protecting other members of his family who are every bit as responsible for the Ponzi scheme as he.

It is unclear how much money remains, but officials estimated there may be $950 million left in assets in the Madoff estate. That would still be a far cry from the $50 billion to $65 billion the government said was taken. Madoff's lawyers dispute the government's numbers and have asked for an accounting.

Madoff and guilty members of his family should not have a dime left in their names.

But the relationship between Billy Shelton and Khadija Rhoualmi was no May-December romance.

In fact, a probate judge said, it was an "extreme fraud" cooked up by Rhoualmi and her lawyer boyfriend to bilk Shelton out of his considerable assets by taking advantage of his deteriorating mental health before his 2006 death.

"It was a sham marriage," Circuit Judge Peter Dearing wrote in a decision finalized last month. "... Shelton was an incapacitated, vulnerable and elderly adult who was exploited, unduly influenced and defrauded by Rhoualmi."

The scam was so audacious the judge took the rare step of posthumously annulling the marriage.

There are so many lowlifes in this world. At least a judge got the chance to take action.
