Southern Oregon University Has Officially Jumped the Shark

This college is right down the freeway from where I live, a mere 15 miles or so from my place.  It is going to provide "certificates" in "transgender" studies.  Bet they don't have a women's studies program, but it is okay to have "certificates" for a program that is basically lies.

What "women's studies" this college does have is lumped in with the rest of the queer theory bullshit.  Women aren't considered important enough to have their own studies.

This trans certificate, the first of its kind in the country, will have all kinds of lies being presented as "history," and trans "health care," meaning health care professionals have to coddle their delusions and not deal with the material reality nobody can change sex.

This is fucking unbelievable.  Ashland is trying to outdo Portland for sheer nuttiness.

The certificate will require 28 credits, more than getting a minor in Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies, and less than majoring in the department. The certificate will include courses like “Trans Histories, Trans Futures” and “Trans Health Care.”

De Vries and his other faculty member Dr. Carey Jean Sojka are sociologists. While the program is rooted in the social sciences, de Vries says they designed it to build skills in professional settings.

“We are sort of thinking about: can workers go into their careers and talk about how to apply what they learned about trans studies in their particular work environment? And the ways that they can bring that knowledge into their daily life and how they interact with folks,” he says.

There are no words.  The college might as well offer "Creationism Studies," "Sasquatch Studies" and "Holocaust Denial Studies" since it promotes notions that have nothing to do with science or material reality.

J.K. Rowling Is Right

What drives me crazy is people are saying she has a right to her "opinion."  It isn't "her opinion" that is under relentless assault by the trans activists and their dipshit allies like Daniel Whatshisname.  She is merely recognizing the material reality of a woman, something men cannot "identify" as.

Some in the real world honestly don't know the issue here.  They don't even understand what an "opinion" is from stating a material FACT.  It isn't "opinions" that are being censored by these deranged people and their handmaidens.  It is FACT that is being suppressed because of "hurt feelings" by the transvestites and crossdressers who make up the "transgender" community.  It is vile woman-hatred that is being exercised here against Rowling and others.  Unlike most others, Rowling is basically untouchable because of her wealth and fame.

Rowling's view is like supporting the existence of gravity, like Galileo recognizing the Earth revolves around the sun, yet she is going through her own inquisition for daring to have a "thought crime."

We’re living through the most misogynistic period I’ve experienced. Back in the 80s, I imagined that my future daughters, should I have any, would have it far better than I ever did, but between the backlash against feminism and a porn-saturated online culture, I believe things have got significantly worse for girls. Never have I seen women denigrated and dehumanised to the extent they are now. Everywhere, women are being told to shut up and sit down, or else.

I’ve read all the arguments about femaleness not residing in the sexed body, and the assertions that biological women don’t have common experiences, and I find them, too, deeply misogynistic and regressive. It’s also clear that one of the objectives of denying the importance of sex is to erode what some seem to see as the cruelly segregationist idea of women having their own biological realities or – just as threatening – unifying realities that make them a cohesive political class. The hundreds of emails I’ve received in the last few days prove this erosion concerns many others just as much. It isn’t enough for women to be trans allies. Women must accept and admit that there is no material difference between trans women and themselves.

But, as many women have said before me, ‘woman’ is not a costume. ‘Woman’ is not an idea in a man’s head. ‘Woman’ is not a pink brain, a liking for Jimmy Choos or any of the other sexist ideas now somehow touted as progressive. Moreover, the ‘inclusive’ language that calls female people ‘menstruators’ and ‘people with vulvas’ strikes many women as dehumanising and demeaning. I understand why trans activists consider this language to be appropriate and kind, but for those of us who’ve had degrading slurs spat at us by violent men, it’s not neutral, it’s hostile and alienating.

Amen.

She is a little too deferential to the trans mob, and I wouldn't be, and women should never be called "natal women," either, but it is a good piece overall.

A Petition I Fully Support

Since the Olympic Games have been postponed until next summer thanks to COVID-19, this is the perfect opportunity for women especially to rise up and petition the IOC to ditch the ludicrous testosterone requirements in women's competition.  The IOC put in these shameful reforms under pressure from trans activists who think men have every right to cheat in women's events merely because they "think" they are women.  The bottom line is men don't belong in women's sports--it is cheating.  Men and women are physiologically different, not as a result of "gender" feels. 

It is ridiculous that in the 21st century such anti-scientific ideas such as "gender identity" are even being talked about.  It's bullshit and always was.  To pander to a group of loudmouthed crossdressers and transvestites while throwing half the human race under the bus is totally unacceptable.  Women's sports are not dumping grounds for dudes who can't compete with elite males (case in point, "intersex" athlete Caster Semenya).  They don't belong in competition with women because of inherent physical advantages that can never be altered in any way at all.  This also goes for "intersex" cheaters like the aforementioned Semenya.

In the old days, the IOC had chromosome testing of female athletes to make sure males weren't trying  to sneak into women's events.  They need to be brought back.

In the meantime, Save Women's Sports has a petition people can sign that will be sent to the IOC.  I hope the IOC will toss out the trans bullshit and return to common sense.

I Hope the Young Women in Connecticut Prevail in Court Against These Male CHEATERS

Here is the Selina Soule (and others) lawsuit against Connecticut athletic authorities allowing male cheaters into women's sports, thus denying women fair competition.

The courts should uphold their suit.

And to reiterate just a few of the biological differences between the SEXES--NOT "genders":

45. Physiological athletic advantages enjoyed over girls and women by similarly fit males after puberty include:
a. Larger lungs and denser alveoli in the lungs, enabling faster oxygen uptake;
b. Larger hearts and per-stroke pumping volume, and more hemoglobin per unit of blood, all enabling higher short-term and
sustained levels of oxygen transport to the muscles;

47. These are inescapable biological facts of the human species, not stereotypes, “social constructs,” or relics of past discrimination.

As a result of these many inherent physiological differences between men and women after puberty, male athletes consistently achieve records 10-20% higher than comparably fit and trained women across almost all athletic events, with even wider consistent disparities in long-term endurance events and contests of sheer strength such as weight-lifting.

Cheating is literally being codified by these "athletic associations."  Now any male who can't cut it with elite males can claim he is a "girl" or a "woman" and beat the shit out of legitimate female athletes.

This is cheating more outrageous than anything Lance Armstrong ever committed.  This has to be made illegal to do it, punishment jail time and/or fines for the frauds who are caught, but also these events must have mandatory chromosome testing as the IOC used to have so these frauds are weeded out long before competition.

NOBODY changes sex.  EVERYBODY knows this fact including and especially the CHEATERS stealing from women and girls.

Why We Need Spaces for Women Only

Last night there was a presentation in Vancouver, B.C., about media bias and how it shapes the debate over "gender identity," something that doesn't really exist anyway.  Feminist writer Meghan Murphy was on the panel:

There was a man, a right-wing, MRA-type man on the panel, by the name of Jonathan Kay.  I believe he is with Quillette magazine.  Anyway, he didn't bother with a script or kept his remarks within a reasonable time.  He just bloviated and mansplained the entire time, trying to tell women what to say and how to say it.  He kept interrupting and trying to take over the discussion.  This is common with men when there are women in debate formats or on panels.  Men feel they have to take over everything, as they apparently feel women are stupid

It was most obvious toward the end when a raging crossdresser and woman-hater by the name of "Morgane Oger" (last name pronounced O.J. as in Simpson) "asked a question" and Kay kept trying to police the mostly female crowd who correctly referred to Oger as "him" and "he."  This man deserves no respect especially in light of the fact he successfully pushed public officials in Vancouver to cutting off public funding for Vancouver Rape Relief, the only such rape crisis center serving only women, because it is a woman-only space.  Crossdressing men need not bother being involved.

It was disgusting.  No man, including Kay, should have been on the panel.

The Canadian Court Says Kiss My Ass to Mr. Wax My Balls

Yes, it is true.  The legendary transvestite or AGP Jonathan Yaniv, aka "Jessica" Yaniv, aka "Mr. Wax My Balls," has lost his case against the salon owners who refused to perform a Brazilian on his genitals.  It was a case that never should have been heard in the first place.

He was and is known in the legal world as a "vexatious litigant" who also silenced many women on social media including Twitter.

Yaniv is going to have to find some other pasttime now that he made Canada the laughingstock of the world.

The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms today issued a news release declaring victory on behalf of their clients, as an early ruling in favour of the mostly home-based salon workers was announced just one day after the Canadian federal elections.

According to the news release, The decision noted, “human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax.” The decision further found that Yaniv “engaged in improper conduct,” “filed complaints for improper purposes,” and concluded Yaniv’s testimony was “disingenuous and self-serving.” Finally, noted the Tribunal, Yaniv was “evasive and argumentative and contradicted herself” while giving evidence.

The JCCF represented five of more than 10 aesthetician workers Yaniv brought complaints against, many of whom were immigrants or from visible minority or highly religious communities. This, along with Yaniv’s history of racially charged remarks, led many to speculate that the complaints were racist or xenophobic in nature.

An expert in genital waxing testified at the hearing, informing the Tribunal that estheticians who are not trained in male genital waxing should not attempt to wax a penis and scrotum due to the risk of serious injury to the customer. The expert also testified that the necessary prolonged manipulation of a client’s penis and scrotum often results in sexual arousal and a request for sexual services. The expert said her salon’s refusal to provide sexual services has resulted in name calling, intimidation and customer requests to masturbate in her salon.

Most of the women who were the target of Yaniv’s complaints work out of their own home, are of immigrant background, and have small children with them in the house during the day.

A publication ban had identified Yaniv only as JY for most of the proceedings until the estheticians successfully brought an application to have it lifted.

The Tribunal ordered costs against Yaniv in the amount of $2000.00 payable to each of Ms. Benipal, Ms. DaSilva, and Mrs. Hehar Gill.

This assault on women's rights has to stop.

However, Ms. Yaniv’s complaints are unique. Put simply, she made her genitals relevant.
She sought a service on her genitals and then refused to answer questions about the service
she was seeking, eventually giving inconsistent and untruthful evidence. In that regard, I find
that her evidence that she was not asking Ms. DaSilva to wax a scrotum but a vulva was
patently untrue. This was clearly evidence central to her genital waxing complaints. Her
evasiveness on this subject matter took up time during these hearings and obstructed the
Tribunal’s, and Respondents’, ability to get to the issues. This conduct was improper. On its
own, I would not find it merits an award for costs. However, taken as part of a pattern of
conduct which has compromised this process, I find it does warrant such an award.

Ouch.

I was critical of Devyn Cousineau for allowing this nonsense to be heard in the first place, but now I think she may have taken this just to send him a message not to waste the tribunal's time in the future.

The women should have been compensated for way more.  Of course, Yaniv won't pay a dime unless he is sued in civil court.

A Day in Front of the USSC

As arguments were being heard by the high court over the utterly batshit  Harris v. EEOC and Stephens case, there were some rallies outside the building, including one by feminists and others sympathetic to the novel idea there is such a thing as sex, women are not feelings in a man's head, and the case poses a real threat to women's rights.  The loudmouthed transactivists, knowing they aren't going to prevail with the high court, tried their best to drown out the speakers with their insane mantras of calling the speakers "homophobes" despite a number of the speakers being lesbians, and of course "transwomen are women."  These People of the Lie truly believe if they say a lie over and over and over, that somehow it becomes the truth.

How could anybody possibly think "Aimee"is a man?

What the Harris case would do, if the funeral home's arguments are not upheld, would be that compelled speech would be forced on the masses by a bunch of people so screwed up they think lies should be treated as the truth.  It would be horrendous.

There is no way this man didn't know he was a man when he started to compete at the elite level. There is no way he went through adolescence and didn't know the truth of his real sex. It doesn't pass the smell test. His parents and doctors were likely in on the fraud from the beginning hence the intense secrecy regarding his true medical condition. There was and is a lot of money to be made in endorsements and fame competing fraudulently as an elite female athlete since he wasn't good enough to compete against elite males. I do not care what he "identifies" as or how he was raised or what medical condition he has. He is a male. End of story. He does not belong in any competition with female athletes. He is a fraud just like 1930s Olympic medalist "Stella Walsh" was, another cheater who the trans crowd claimed was "intersex" with "mosaicism" years after his murder and revelation he was indeed a man. It remains a pathetic attempt to justify sports fraud by a male. Semenya's defenders are using the same pathetic excuse.

Why Trump Will Win Re-election

The article could be titled, "Why Trump Will Win Re-election," and he won't need to ask for help from Putin.

Unbelievable any politician would go down that road to sacrifice women and girls' safety rights, privacy, and sports over something that really does not exist but gives carte blanche to sexual predation by  unstable and violent males.  "Gender identity" does not in fact exist at all.  There is crossdressing and transvestism.  There are mental disorders of being dissatisfied with one's own body to the point of physical harm.  Those are real.  "Gender identity" is not.  It was coined by Dr. John Money of Reimer twins infamy, which should discredit the concept right then and there, assuming anybody can define what it is.

The proposal to include "gender identity" in federal law is a direct assault on women's sex-based protections they spent decades trying to achieve.  It is saying to women they have no inherent right to public space free from male sexual violence, voyeurism, harassment, and all the rest so many men do.  There is no way women can differentiate between the "good" crossdressing men from the "bad" ones.  They are all men, no matter what they call themselves, and men are the sex that engages in sexual predation.  "Not all men" but enough of them that public safety requires that ALL of them be barred from women's sex-based places.  It is a liability issue.  This "transgenderism" nonsense never should have gotten as far as it has, but there is a ton of money behind it, through deviant billionaires like Pritzker and the spectacularly whacko "Martine" Rothblatt, to the more insidious pharmaceutical and medical establishment that disregards the Hippocratic Oath for profit peddling medical quackery.

"Gender identity" and "transgenderism" cannot be protected categories.  They just can't because they don't exist.  Nobody "identifies" as a sex role, which "gender" refers to.  Nobody "identifies" as a sex--one just is either male or female, and sex can never, ever, ever be changed or altered.  By claiming they do they obliterate sex as a protected characteristic, and it also undermines the rights of LGB people because transgenderism, taking its cue from the poisonous "queer theory," claims sex does not exist as a material fact.  If sex does not exist, then sexual orientation cannot exist.

"Transgenderism" is all about destroying the rights of protected classes of people to benefit what is largely a white male movement.   It destroys affirmation action benefiting women and girls and essentially tries to force women and girls out of public life.   It is a wealthy white male movement of frankly deviant males.  The women who are sucked into this cult are not the ones who pose a danger to others.  It is males, for obvious reasons.

The Democratic Party, which really doesn't understand the issue at all, is being sucked into this cult thinking that fake men and fake women are the opposite sex of their real sex and that they deserve special protections which require the destruction of protections other people need.  The fact is there are no rights they don't already have.  They just can't shit on the rights of women as it is now.  The only area the trans have possible standing at all for protections is in the very narrow area of dress codes.  That is it.  After all, they are all about crossdressing and role-playing.  The rest of their demands crap all over the rights of others.  It is not acceptable, and, once the public understands the issue, there is utterly no support whatsoever for it outside of their tiny bubble.

I don't think there is a single candidate running for the Democratic Party nomination who isn't in the tank for Pritzker and the rest of them.  I think they are mostly sincere, mistakenly thinking, like so many people do, that "transgenders" are just another form of gay.  They are a totally different kettle of fish altogether, but these people don't know that.  These politicians don't know that.  These politicians know little or nothing of the poisonous "queer theory" that is infecting college campuses around the country and that is the philosophy underlying the trans movement. If there is a single candidate in the Democratic Party who doesn't support this, he or she is keeping quiet for fear of death threats.  This is another reason why you can't give these men--and it isn't the women who are making death threats--special protections.  They are unstable by definition.

By ignorantly supporting this movement, the Democratic Party, indeed the American left, is signing its own death warrant.  The right has filled in the void left by a party that should put women (and LGBs) in the forefront of support.  Everything is being turned on its head because we know the right doesn't care about women and girls, either, as they actually are aligned with the trans notion that sex roles are innate, which is anti-woman.  All the "left" does is try to shut concerned women up by saying to be against the Equality Act's inclusion of "gender identity" is to support white supremacy, right-wingers, and so on. One could easily turn the tables and say to support "gender identity" is to support the "rights" of sexual deviants, perverts and pedophiles, and outright criminals.

I can't think of any Democratic candidate I want to get behind next year.  Maybe Joe Biden, but the rest I am just not impressed with.  This goes way beyond the Equality Act, which not only will never become law as long as it includes "gender identity," but it is almost certain the concept of "gender identity" superseding sex will be tossed out by the USSC.

Women are not oppressed based on our identities, we are oppressed on the basis of our female biology; for example, in situations where our fertility is controlled by men (in forced marriage, laws against abortion, etc.) and in situations where we are sexually exploited (in human trafficking, prostitution, pornography, rape and incest, etc.). These human rights abuses do not occur because of our “identity” as women, but because men know that we are female and they have the power to use our female reproductive systems for their sexual pleasure and to create their offspring.

If people can simply decide to be the opposite sex, then a material analysis of women’s oppression is impossible. Men who commit violent crimes against women can be legally recorded as women due to gender identity laws, obscuring the statistics on which sex is really committing those crimes. In prison, violent men can be incarcerated with other women if they identify as female, making those women vulnerable.

Without being able to name humans as male or female, women have no hope of being able to protect ourselves from the violence men commit against us, much less overturn the patriarchal misogyny that has oppressed and terrorized us for millennia. I implore Delaware’s legislators to consider these realities and remove the gender identity portion of the equal protection bill; do it for women’s sake – your own, your partner’s, your daughter’s and your sister’s.

You cannot be a feminist, support women's rights, and embrace transgenderism. It is like African Americans supporting the KKK.
